Teff Walnut Cake

- 160g teff flour
- 1/2 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 150-160g sugar
- 1/2 cup walnuts (roasted and chopped finely)
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1tsp rose water (optional)
- 1/2 tbsp baking powder
Instructions

Mix oil and eggs. Whisk until smooth

Add sugar and mix again

Mix flour and baking powder. Add to the above. Make sure there are no lumps.

Add walnuts

Add vanilla extract and rose water

Take a tin of 20 cm diameter and grease it

Add the above mixture to the tin

Preheat oven at 180 C

Bake for 25-30 minutes
